Returns & Exchanges Policy

Return Eligibility

You may return eligible items within 15 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be returned in the original packaging.

  • Not be damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.

  • Clearance, final sale, or promotional items marked as non-returnable.

  • Customized or special-order products.

  • Gift cards and downloadable products, if applicable.

Return Process

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for the return

  • Photos of the item if it arrived damaged or defective

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning products, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking information.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution or payment provider.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective

  • Damaged during transit

  • Incorrectly shipped

If you need an exchange, please contact us at support@toroonlinestore.com within 15 days of receiving your order.

After verification, we will arrange a replacement shipment at no additional cost when applicable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the issue.

We will investigate the matter and provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, exchange, or refund.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow the standard return procedure.
